No More Painful Meditation!!!!!!

Meditation is a great habit, one that can make us forget about our bad habits along with helping to negate them. The benefits of meditation are too many to name in this article. Lets’s continue being honest about meditation. Sometimes it hurts. Knees get sore, backs start hurting and tailbones are aching from hard chairs or the floor. Trying to sit on the couch or in bed relieves the butt pain, but then comes into play the back pain, as our weight sinks us down into the mattress putting unwanted pressure on our spines. It is very difficult to be at peace when you can not get relief. Benefits of Meditation

We have all heard people talking about the benefits of meditation, a lot of people have little belief in the benefits of meditation. There are scientific studies to back up some of the benefits and I guarantee you know somebody who will gleefully tell you about its benefits. For example, meditation reduces stress by helping you clear your mind. Sometimes all we need is a get away from the little day to day thorns in our sides. In my opinion that is human nature pushing us for greatness and to see what is beyond our core beliefs about ourselves and others. The self awareness lets us accept our differences and get down to what really matters, and that is happiness and health!

The health benefits are many when it comes to meditation. It lowers blood pressure which promotes cardiovascular health, also meditation helps with immune health. Having a healthy heart and immune system are important to our wellbeing, who would have thought something so simple and FREE can actually make an impact on our health to such a degree!!
